This is the home page for the galleries 2006

The galleries have had one of the biggest updates on the site, each one being rebuilt from scratch to give a better look and feel. They now run as a slide show or can be stopped and viewed manually. Manual viewing allows you to either view each, one after another - a non-automatic slide show - or you can select a view directly from the thumbs at the bottom of the page

As I am a professional photographer you can expect a lot of galleries on this site. Each one is usually of a complete day and contains scenes of the off-roading and also some of the surrounding scenery.

Another change, when you click on galleries now you will get the current year, under the Galleries button on the left you will see other years to click on to enable you see the older photo galleries.

I hope you enjoy them

Contrasting 2005, there are a total of 12 galleries starting with a new found dedication to test myself on. I joined the All Wheel Drive Club and now trial regularly with them doing a total of six trials this year and bringing home trophies from three of them.
The Riphay Scuffle is something to see, around 250 4x4s driving a off-road course, watched by about two or three thousand spectators. The drivers are at it all day long, and vertually every type of vehicle can be seen there although many of them don't last the day or the course - this is not one to do with your shiny daily drive
By the end of August I discovered, first, that there were green lanes in Devon, and then, that they were fun to drive, and so I went looking for them everywhere and when someone mentioned driving The Gap in The Brecons I just couldn't say no. What can I say about The Gap that isn't in the photos? Just hope that the park authorities open it as per normal in 2007!
Green Lane Sunday was the result of a cancelled Pay & Play at Exeter, part of it was the same lanes as the earlier Torbay route I'd done in August and what a difference a couple of months made - more photos of my car on this one though. Finally it was back to Trefil, including some laning around Ebbw Vale, again some nice lanes and good fun at Trefil.
